Our mission at Peoplefocus is provide professionals  the advice and skills (including resume writing, networking, interviewing and negotiating) required to conduct a more extensive, efficient, and successful job search. The sooner you find your great opportunity, the sooner you reap the professional and  financial rewards.

Why Consider Peoplefocus Instead of Simply Conducting the Search on My Own?

First, I can speak from my own experience being unemployed  that the job search is a lonely process.  As an experienced professional, I am sure you are adept at what you do. However, even the most experienced professionals often find the job search process challenging, tangled and at times psychologically overwhelming especially if you haven't recently looked for a job or faced an interviewer.   Job search is not what you do for a living but it is what we do at Peoplefocus!  So, let us put our expertise in the job search process to work for you and guide your through the process. 

How Does Peoplefocus Actually Work with Clients?

First, we have a 30-45 minute consultation (no charge) to learn more about your situation and career aspirations.  If we decide to move forward, then we will schedule our first session.  Each session is customized for you based on what you need. Assignments are generally given at the end of each session and are to be completed by the next session. Sessions run 60-90 minutes either in-person or via join.me conferencing  which allows screen sharing.  Sessions are generally held each week or every other week.  We have worked with clients from New York to San Francisco and even as far away as the United Arab Emirates. 

How much will these services cost?

You'll find us incredibly affordable!


We charge by the session. Sessions run from 60 - 90 minutes.  Most of our clients derive tremendous value with just 3 - 5 sessions but this will depend on your career goals. However, unlike many job search services, you are not  required to commit to a package of services that can run into the thousands of dollars.  Call us for a free 30 minute consultation where so we can better understand your needs.
